hmm i got 2660 for q27. maybe we interpreted the question differently

@unknown: should be, last year's COP was 15 and this year's was harder.

I still think that the answer to 14 is 4. By quadratic formula the roots are m/2 and 6/(m-1). So only -2,0,2,4 work.
