Firstly, A10 is always 4. 1 + 2 + ... + 10 is 55. So each group should add up to (55-4)/3 = 17.
Then, there are two possible groupings overall: 1,6,10 + 2,7,8 + 3,5,9 / 2,5,10 + 1,7,9 + 3,6,8
each group has 6 permutations, and there are 3 groups. overall, there are six possible ways to arrange the groups in the entire sequence. so 2x6x6x6x6 = 2592.

Last few years the COP around 10, but 2015 it became 16? So this year very hard to predict.

I believe they will post the name list of those who qualify for round 2 on their official website
