Part I – Tutorial (Jul 27 to Jul 31, 2026)
The first week will follow the format of a summer school. Three tracks of tutorial lectures on emerging themes in Extremal Combinatorics will be given by leading research mathematicians in their respective areas. The aim is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the background, motivation, previous techniques, and the recent developments in the respective topic — goals that are usually quite challenging to achieve in a typical one-hour seminar talk. The target audience will be Ph.D. students and junior researchers. More details of the tutorials will be updated on this page.
Part II – Workshop (Aug 3 to Aug 7, 2026)
The second week of this program will be a by-invitation-only research workshop, held in a more traditional style, similar to the one-week programs at Banff, Oberwolfach or Mittag-Leffler. Esteemed experts and emerging researchers in Extremal Combinatorics will come together to present recent breakthroughs and work on open problems.
