If the two coins are perpendicular to each other, may the answer be 720?

for first question you have to remember that it is not on a flat plane but a 360 degrees arch (in other words a circle) so you have to add 360 degrees to whatever answer obtained if the coin is rolling on a flat plane

For question 22, isn't the answer 9 instead of 8? My combination was 1!+2!+3!=3^3 And therefore x+y+z=3+3+3=9.

To Anonymous above,
1!+2!+3!=9 but 3^3=27 they are not equal. It is 3^2.
x+y+z=3+3+2=8

Erm so for qn 2 if we look the distance wouldnt change if we shifted it from 300 to 200 hundred right? the question asked for the minimum distance travelled in toal and 100*200+200*0+300*100=100*300+200*100+300*0=50,000?
