Below from Live Scoreboard. Notice all 4 members from China team have Gold ranking in the live scoreboard, but in the final results, China team won 2 Gold and 1 Silver.

Hmm. In the Chinese post it says that the team leader HWT should take the most responsibility. But shouldn't the contestants know that they should not be bringing in phones to any olympiad competition? Even the ones in China ban phones. Unless they are insinuating that the team leader coerced the kids to bring the phones in? I also agree the 2 kids who brought their phones in but switched it off did not cheat, but there is an intention to cheat already. They are being let off lightly already. Rules are rules and in many other harsh countries they would be disqualified. As for SJY who brought his phone in, switched on, that is definitely deserving of disqualification.
